Meet Sarah Sager Philo, WCCP Soprano 2

Tell us what you're passionate about...

I'm most passionate about family and raising human beings that will grow up happy and well adjusted, kind and full of heart. I am trying to lead by example and I feel that singing with WCCP shows them to keep doing what you love. I am also passionate about helping other kids find their passions. I recently directed Elementary aged students in a musical and I found that to be very rewarding.

What is your occupation/profession?

Currently a SAHM. In other words I am the household CEO, familial law enforcer, personal chef, event planner, chauffeur, tantrum and meltdown negotiator, toy repair specialist, fashion stylist and consultant and sleep specialist (working mostly night shifts) In my pre kid world I sold recruitment advertising space for a healthcare magazine.

Have a hobby? 

Singing... duh. Mommy/Daughter choreography sessions Fleamarkets/antique hunting Spending time at our beach home in Ocean Grove,NJ. Planning trips to Disney, Cape Cod, etc. TV shows, I love everything from Hitler Documentaries to The Bachelor ( l know, l know, but I can't stop watching!) Essential oils and wellness.

What do you consider your most notable achievements? 

My kids. I guess you are supposed to be biased as a parent, but my kids are actually amazing. I can't believe I get to be their mom.

If you need advice on planning your Disney vacation I'm your gal. (Seriously, I could talk Disney for hours- don't judge ??) If you ever need a pit stop in Ocean Grove, NJ, you are all welcome. It's super close to the ocean if you need a beach day!
